Terms of Service

Kuendbar is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of Kuendbar. They supplement our general Terms of Service, which apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Kuendbar. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

What you buy

Kuendbar: a Shopify app that adds a cancellation link and a two-step cancellation page to your store and shows your customer a dated confirmation and keeps a log for you; once email sending is set up it also emails a confirmation to the customer and to you. Free for up to 5 cancellations a month; the Pro plan is $7.99 per month, billed through Shopify.

The app works inside your Shopify admin as soon as you install it and switch on the theme app embed. Cancellation pages and confirmations are generated when your customers use them.

Kuendbar is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown before you install or subscribe. Shopify bills you for Kuendbar through your Shopify account, and Shopify's terms apply to that billing, including any tax Shopify charges.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin; billing stops with the subscription. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it or the refund terms below say otherwise. If we change the price, we will tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal.

Refunds

Cancel any time by uninstalling the app; billing stops with the subscription. Partial months are not refunded unless the law requires it.

To ask for a refund, contact us (below). Refunds are issued through Shopify billing. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Product terms

• Kuendbar records and confirms cancellation declarations that your customers submit. It does not cancel, stop or change any subscription or charge in your store or billing app.
• Kuendbar is not legal advice (keine Rechtsberatung) and does not certify or guarantee that your store complies with any law, including the German cancellation-button rules. You are responsible for what your store offers and for acting on the cancellations you receive.
• Customers can always submit a cancellation: when the Free plan's monthly allowance of 5 is used up, further cancellations are still accepted, recorded and confirmed; you are asked to upgrade.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use Kuendbar lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide Kuendbar to you. While your subscription is active, you may use Kuendbar for your own business, and the documents and data you create with it remain yours. This website, the software and our materials otherwise remain ours.

No guarantee of results; disclaimer

We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, Kuendbar is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Kuendbar or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Kuendbar in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
